Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost and what are my options?

Shipping is free via USPS Standard service for all orders $35 or more (excluding taxes).  We also offer the following additional delivery options for a fee within the US.

USPS Standard (3-7 business days) UPS Ground (1-5 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) UPS Overnight Air (1 business day)

Note: Delivery estimates may vary slightly when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We're working hard to expand to other countries and will keep you updated as we get there.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business day.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday will ship the following business day.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a link to track your package.

Do you ship to APO/military addresses?

Yes, we are able to ship to PO and APO addresses.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a link to track your package.  You can also log into your GUIDEBEAUTY.COM account anytime and select “Order History” in “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details.

My tracking information isn’t working.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a link to track your package.  You can also log into your GUIDEBEAUTY.COM account anytime and select “Order History” in “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details.

 

Sometimes tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships.  It may also take 1 to 2 days to update between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations.  Not to worry, your order is likely on its way. However, please reach out at hereforyou@guidebeauty.com or call us on our toll-free number 1-833-GO-GUIDE  (1-833-464-8433) if: The carrier site indicates that your tracking number is not valid. You do not receive your items within 7 business days of placing your order. We can help with any questions or concerns tracking your order.

How can I edit the shipping address for my order?

Why was my order cancelled?

At times we're unable to process orders due to item availability. We also reserve the right to refuse an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Sorry, we cannot apply multiple promo codes at checkout. If you’ve encountered two valid GUIDE BEAUTY promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please select one per order.

How can I update my order?

Do you test on animals?

GUIDE BEAUTY is a cruelty-free cosmetics brand. This means that we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. As members of PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies Program, you will find us listed amongst our cruelty-free friends at PETA.org

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all GUIDE BEAUTY products are Vegan certified.  This means our formulas do not contain any animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients. This includes, but is not limited to, honey, beeswax, lanolin, collagen, albumen, carmine, cholesterol, gelatin, and many others

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten free.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my product?

If you’re not happy with any item purchased at guidebeauty.com we will gladly take it back free of charge.  We just ask that you return the unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

We’re sorry that happened and will gladly replace or return the damaged item. Call 1-833-GO-GUIDE (1-833-464-8433) or email us athereforyou@guidebeauty.comwith your order number, product name and a photo of the damaged product. Quality assurance is extremely important to us and your photo helps us look into why this happened.

Can I exchange my product?

We're sorry but we do not offer exchanges at this time. We do however accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please return the product and reorder your desired product on our website.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed and accepted.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
