How To Use
1. Glide
Glide the underside of the flexible applicator across the GUIDE Line formula to lightly coat the tip.
2. Place
Place your index finger on the flat notch of the Wand and the other side of the Wand against your cheekbone.
3. Tilt & Trace
Tilt the Precision Tip so it falls where the eyelashes meet the eyelid. Peek through the ‘window’ and let the Wand guide your hand as you draw across the lashline.
Artistry Tip
For a natural and eye-opening effect, use the top edge of the Precision Tip to apply liner just under the eyelashes (aka the inner rim or waterline)
